Terms Of Use

GENERAL

As with most other mobile apps, do note that when you download and install DeliveryTasker in your mobile device and/or use or access our website, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in our Policies. Where a defined term is referenced and the definition is not contained within this policy, then the definition of the defined term can be found in the DeliveryTasker Glossary ("Glossary"). Policies include the following and other rules and guidelines that are displayed in the DeliveryTasker mobile phone application:

Note that "we", "us", "our" and "DeliveryTasker" are used interchangeably in the above documents and they refer collectively to the DeliveryTasker mobile phone application (including its websites) and VoxSpot Pty Ltd, the developer and owner of the DeliveryTasker mobile phone application and websites.

ACCOUNT

After you've downloaded and installed DeliveryTasker in your mobile device, you must create an account with DeliveryTasker using your mobile number and a strong unique password. To enable password resets, you will also be asked to provide a genuine email address or mobile number that belongs to you. You must not create more than one account for yourself. You may close your account using the mobile phone application. Notwithstanding, in the event that DeliveryTasker bans, suspends or removes your account, DeliveryTasker may keep a record of your mobile number, email address or device ID in our list of banned users.

AGE

You must be at least 18 years old to use DeliveryTasker (or such greater age required in your country for you to be authorised to use DeliveryTasker without parental approval).

In addition to being of the minimum required age to use DeliveryTasker under applicable law, if you are not old enough to have authority to agree to our Terms in your country, your parent or guardian must agree to our Terms on your behalf.

PROHIBITED USERS

You cannot use DeliveryTasker if:

You are under 18 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country to use a mobile app like DeliveryTasker). See above for more details.
You are a convicted sex offender or was previously convicted for wrong doings that caused harm or injury to other people or loss or damage to people’s properties.
You are a terrorist or conduct activities related to terrorism.
You intend to advertise a product, business or service.
We've previously disabled your account for violations of our Terms or Privacy Policy.
You are prohibited from receiving our products, services, or software under applicable laws.

DEVICE AND STORAGE

You must provide certain devices, software and data connections to use DeliveryTasker, which we otherwise do not supply. For as long as you use DeliveryTasker, you consent to downloading and installing updates to DeliveryTasker, including automatically.

FEES AND TAXES

All fees charged or stated in DeliveryTasker are inclusive of local required tax (e.g. GST in Australia). You are responsible for all carrier data plan and other fees and taxes associated with your use of DeliveryTasker.

PRIVACY POLICY AND EULA

Your use of DeliveryTasker is subject to your acceptance and agreement to our Policies.

LEGAL AND ACCEPTABLE USE

You must access and use DeliveryTasker only for legal, authorised and acceptable purposes. You will not use (or assist others in using) DeliveryTasker in ways that:

violate, misappropriate, or infringe the rights of DeliveryTasker, our users, or others, including privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other proprietary rights
are illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, intimidating, harassing, hateful, racially, or ethnically offensive, or instigate or encourage conduct that would be illegal, or otherwise inappropriate, including promoting violent crimes
involve publishing fake news, falsehoods, misrepresentations, or misleading statements
impersonate someone
involve sending illegal or impermissible communications. For example, spamming the network with inappropriate or meaningless content or
involve any non-personal use of DeliveryTasker unless otherwise authorised by us.

HARM TO DELIVERYTASKER

You must not (or assist others to) access, use, copy, adapt, modify, prepare derivative works based upon, distribute, license, sublicense, transfer, display, perform, or otherwise exploit DeliveryTasker in impermissible or unauthorised manners, or in ways that burden, impair, or harm us, our systems, our users, or others, including that you must not directly or through automated means:

reverse engineer, alter, modify, create derivative works from, decompile or extract code from DeliveryTasker
send, store, or transmit viruses or other harmful computer code through or onto DeliveryTasker
gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to DeliveryTasker or our systems
interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of DeliveryTasker
create accounts for DeliveryTasker through unauthorised or automated means
collect the information of or about our users in any impermissible or unauthorised manner
sell, resell, rent, or charge others for the use of DeliveryTasker or
distribute or make DeliveryTasker available over a network where they could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

ACCOUNT SECURITY

You are responsible for keeping your device and your DeliveryTasker account safe and secure, and you must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use or security breach of your account or DeliveryTasker as soon as you become aware of it.

CONTENT THAT YOU POST AND UPLOAD

You must NOT post or upload content on DeliveryTasker of which:

you do not have the relevant rights and intellectual property, or which infringes the rights and intellectual properties of others
is misleading to the general public, other users of DeliveryTasker or with the intention to deceive them
is obscene, vulgar, violent, contains nudity, sexual content, racially discriminating, ethnically discriminating, gender discriminating, illegal, defamatory, threatening, intimidating, harassing or hateful
instigates or encourages conduct that would be illegal, or otherwise inappropriate, including promoting violence, injury, death, pedophilia, abuse of any kind, depression, harmful psychological effects, criminal activities, terrorism or violent crimes
directly or indirectly promotes the sale of a product, drug, service, venue of business or hospitality without the written consent of or express permission from DeliveryTasker
directly or indirectly promotes or directs traffic to another website, app store listing of other mobile phone applications or similar.

BAN, SUSPENSION AND REMOVAL OF ACCOUNTS

DeliveryTasker reserves the right to suspend, ban or remove any account in DeliveryTasker without providing any reasons, notification or prior notice to the relevant user. A user must not create or attempt to create another account with DeliveryTasker once the user's account has been suspended, banned or removed by DeliveryTasker.

ACCOUNT CREDITS

DeliveryTasker reserves the right to freeze and or temporarily hold all credits in your account if we suspect any illegal, fraudulent or non-complying use of your DeliveryTasker account that violates the Agreement, Terms, Privacy Policy or EULA. DeliveryTasker may also apply those credits in your account to compensate any loss or damages sustained by other users, third-parties and DeliveryTasker as a result of your actions, activities or usage of the DeliveryTasker platform.

UPDATES TO OUR TERMS

We may amend or update our Terms from time to time. We will provide you notice of amendments to this Terms, as appropriate, and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Terms.

Your continued use of DeliveryTasker confirms your acceptance of our Terms, as amended. If you do not agree to our Terms, as amended, you must stop using DeliveryTasker. Please review our Terms from time to time.
