DeliveryTasker strives to ensure that your privacy is protected at all times.

As with most other mobile apps, do note that when you download and install DeliveryTasker in your mobile device and/or use or access our website, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in our Policies. Where a defined term is referenced and the definition is not contained within this policy, then the definition of the defined term can be found in the DeliveryTasker Glossary ("Glossary"). Policies include the following and other rules and guidelines that are displayed in the DeliveryTasker mobile phone application:

Note that "we", "us", "our" and "DeliveryTasker" are used interchangeably in the above documents and they refer collectively to the DeliveryTasker mobile phone application (including its websites) and VoxSpot Pty Ltd, the developer and owner of the DeliveryTasker mobile phone application and websites.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
When you create an account and log in to DeliveryTasker, we receive technical information relating to your usage of DeliveryTasker. Some of this information include your phone's operating system, DeliveryTasker features that you use, content viewed/created/downloaded and the dates and times of your interactions with DeliveryTasker.
How we use the information
We use this information to enable certain features in DeliveryTasker and also use it to understand/customise/improve your user experience in DeliveryTasker.
For example, we may engage analytics services to analyze this information in order to help us understand how users engage with and navigate within DeliveryTasker, how and when features within DeliveryTasker are used and by how many users.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your personal information may include your mobile phone number, email address, full name, profile photo, tax number (e.g. Australian Business Number), password, images of your photo ID, national criminal check, insurance certificate, proof of right-to-work and proof of work experience such as pay-slip, employment agreements or letters.

How we use the information
Your information is used to create a unique personal account for you in DeliveryTasker as well as verify your personal identity for the purpose of carrying out delivery jobs (‘Tasks’) on the DeliveryTasker platform. Your mobile phone number (or email address) is used to match you to your personal account to enable a secure log in process. For example, when you create an account, we send a code to your mobile phone to ensure that the mobile phone number you are using is genuinely yours.
We also perform a similar procedure to help you reset your password when you forget your username or password. DeliveryTasker may communicate with users via email and mobile text message from time to time in relation to updates and news about DeliveryTasker.

The information you provide is also used to verify your identity and work experience which is necessary to obtain work on DeliveryTasker's platform. Once your account and work experience have been verified, we will store the information for no longer than 12 months before we destroy them. After that, we may at times request for a refresh of some information to ensure your account is updated.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS
We work with third-party providers to help us operate, provide, improve, understand, customise, support and market DeliveryTasker.
How we use the information
We may for example, work with companies to distribute our app and help us understand how people use DeliveryTasker so that we can better market DeliveryTasker.
These providers may provide us information about you in certain circumstances. For instance, the app stores where we list DeliveryTasker may provide us reports to help us diagnose and fix bugs/issues in DeliveryTasker.
LOCATION
DeliveryTasker will seek permission from users to access their current location in order to enable certain features in DeliveryTasker such as delivery tracking when you make a delivery using the DeliveryTasker app.
How we use the information
Your location enables DeliveryTasker to provide you with instant real time updates of on-demand delivery jobs in your current area and enables users to track the deliveries that you are performing for them.

SHARED CONTENT
Your profile photo, name, mobile number, work experience, photos in your account that may be relevant to the work you do (e.g. photo of the vehicle you use for delivery, pizza bag you use for food delivery), DeliveryTasker ratings and shift related information or certifications that you have provided will be made available to business users on DeliveryTasker.
Your tax number (e.g Australian Business Number) and name will also appear on invoices that we issue to your customers (business users) who pay you for the work you do.

You must ensure that content that you share on DeliveryTasker does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights. Note that you are legally and solely responsible for any intellectual property or copyrights associated with the content that you share on DeliveryTasker.
DeliveryTasker reserves the right to remove any content that it deems offending, unsuitable, inappropriate for the general DeliveryTasker users or any content that is deemed to have infringed on any intellectual property or copy rights.
Further, you indemnify DeliveryTasker from any infringment of copyrights or intellectual property. You can find out more about this in our Terms.

DeliveryTasker reserves the right to remove any content that it deems inappropriate or content that breaches its Terms without any notice or reason.

SECURITY
We actively monitor the activities in DeliveryTasker to ensure that the network remains secure, safe, civil and conducive for our general users. Suspicious activities and reports by users are investigated by DeliveryTasker administrators.
Data in DeliveryTasker is stored securely on a reputable third-party provided database infrastructure. Account access are secured via an industry-standard authentication structure and transfer of data to the network is secured using an SSL https connection. All financial information such as credit card and bank account details are stored and handled by reputable third-party payment solutions provider called Stripe.

ASSIGNMENT, CHANGE OF CONTROL, AND TRANSFER
All of our rights and obligations under our Privacy Policy are freely assignable by us to any of our affiliates, in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise, and we may transfer your information to any of our affiliates, successor entities, or new owner.
MANAGING YOUR INFORMATION
You can delete or edit certain information that you have on DeliveryTasker through options that are readily available in DeliveryTasker.

You may close your DeliveryTasker account at any time by using the DeliveryTasker mobile phone application. When you close your DeliveryTasker account, your account information will be deleted from our servers, except under circumstances stated in the EULA under section "License To Us" and Terms under section "Account".

Be mindful that if you only uninstall DeliveryTasker from your mobile phone, your information may still be stored with us (refer to EULA under section "License To Us" and Terms under section "Account").

LAW AND PROTECTION
We may collect, use, preserve and share your information if we have a good-faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to:

respond pursuant to applicable law or regulations, to legal process or to government requests

enforce our Terms and any other applicable terms and policies, including for investigations of potential violations

detect, investigate, prevent and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues or

protect the rights, property and safety of our users and/or DeliveryTasker.
GLOBAL NETWORK
DeliveryTasker is a global network and at times, may be subject to laws, regulations and practices in jurisdictions which are different or stricter that DeliveryTasker's own. Under those circumstances, users will be subject to the stricter of the two where relevant.

You agree to our information practices, including the collection, use, processing and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy, as well as the transfer and processing of your information to Australia and other countries globally where we have or use facilities, service providers, or partners, regardless of where you use DeliveryTasker.
You acknowledge that the laws, regulations, and standards of the country in which your information is stored or processed may be different from those of your own country.
UPDATES TO OUR POLICY
We may amend or update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will provide you notice of amendments to this Privacy Policy, as appropriate, and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy.
Your continued use of DeliveryTasker confirms your acceptance of our Privacy Policy, as amended. If you do not agree to our Privacy Policy, as amended, you must stop using DeliveryTasker. Please review our Privacy Policy from time to time.
You agree to our information practices, including the collection, use, processing and sharing of your information as described in this Privacy Policy, as well as the transfer and processing of your information to Australia and other countries globally where we have or use facilities, service providers, or partners, regardless of where you use DeliveryTasker.
