Membership Level

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS

There are currently three levels of membership on DeliveryTasker (Level 0, 1, and 2). Level 0 being the lowest and level 2 being the highest. Each level comes with its own benefits and is designed to reward Taskers for their regular usage of the platform. It prioritises Shift assignments to Taskers who have higher ratings and Taskers who attend Shifts without quitting at short notice.

 
 
LEVEL 0

All Taskers start from level 0 when they first join DeliveryTasker. At level 0, you may only accept Shifts no earlier than 3 days (72 hours) before the shift starts. At level 0, if you quit a Shift at short notice (48 hrs before shift starts) without a valid reason (car accident or medical reason) and without supporting proof (car repair invoice or medical certificate), or if you do not turn up to a Shift that you have accepted, your account will be suspended.

LEVEL 1

To reach level 1, a Tasker must have done at least 1 Shift in the last 28 days and must not have a rating below 3 (out of 5). Level 1 members may accept Shifts up to 5 days (120 hours) before the Shift starts. To maintain level 1, you will need to have done at least 1 Shift in the last 28 days and maintain a minimum rating of 3.

LEVEL 2

To reach level 2, a Tasker must have done at least 8 Shifts in the last 28 days and must not have a rating below 4 (out of 5). Level 2 members may accept Shifts up to 7 days (168 hours) before the Shift starts. Level 2 members also enjoy a lower cash out fee. To maintain level 2, you will need to have done at least 8 Shifts in the last 28 days and maintain a minimum rating of 4.

Q: How do I check my membership level?

A: Go to the main menu in the app. Under your photo, you will be able to see your current membership level.

 

Q: How do I check my rating?

A: Go to the main menu in the app. Once you receive your first rating, you will be able to see your average rating score (out of 5) under your photo.

 

Q: How can I accept a Shift more than 7 days before the Shift starts?

A: To accept a Shift more than 7 days before the Shift starts, you must be a Favourite Tasker of the Shift Owner. Shift Owners may give advance access to certain Taskers by adding those Taskers to their list of Favourite Taskers.
